Special Conference Bus Service
For those staying in hotels in the Boavista area there is a bus provided by the conference with the following timetable:
Day 1 - 29th September
- pickup at hotels: starts at 7:45
- pickup at FEUP (return to hotels): at the end of the wellcome drink (18:30 approximately)
Day 2 - 30th September
- pickup at hotels: starts at 8:00
- return to hotels (not only in Boavista but also Asprela (FEUP) area): at the end of the gala dinner (23:00 approximately).
Day 3 - 1st October
- pickup at hotels: 8:00
- pickup at FEUP (return to hotels): 19:00 (*).
(*) For those attending the optional concert and dinner at Casa da Música there is a bus provided by the conference with the following timetable:
- departure from FEUP at 19:00 approximately;
- departure from Casa da Música (and return to hotels in Boavista and FEUP/Asprela areas) at 23:45 approximately.
